I called to book an appointment for a wheel alignment and was surprised by how rude and sarcastic I was treated. I was simply asking about availability, but instead of receiving friendly customer service, I felt like I was an inconvenience. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this experience left me with no confidence in booking my vehicle there. I decided to take my business elsewhere.
I will always take my car to Pudgey. Been going for 18 years. At first it was a location thing, but I can't say enough good things about the speed, the service, the people... Dropped my car off today because I had a flat. Turned out to be an easy fix and I had it back in no time at all with a big smile. You made my day!!
