DO NOT even bother with making an appointment with this practice if you have Tricare regardless of whether it is your primary or secondary insurance. If you have Tricare they will refuse to see you. My son was referred by Children's Hospital to see Dr.Miller after he had a first time seizure and an abnormal EEG. Two weeks after his seizure we went to his scheduled appointment. I arrived early for my daughter's appointment and no one was staffing the front desk. I signed in and the front desk staff never called me after they returned. I had to check in with the front desk staff after waiting 45 minutes to even receive paperwork to fill out. The staff seemed annoyed and grumpy, not at all helpful and polite.
