We have used Puchers for custom window treatments and carpet. Our last experience them was not good. We had new carpet installed in our finished basement and down the stairs. There were some cuts down the stairs that were jagged and they did fix those. Within a year we started noticing bulges starting in the carpet. We contacted Puchers and they told us that contractors had installed the carpet and so nothing they could do for us. The carpet was also slipping on the stairs and that was a real safety issue.
