They were great till there was a situation and then they could care less about making it right. I was a loyal client but will not be returning and will no longer recommend to anyone.
They were great. Listen to what I wanted and my dog turned out great and was a great price. I won’t go anywhere else anymore.

We took our three foster puppies to Pucci's for grooming and we will never go ANYWHERE else!! Our yorkies were in bad shape, they were puppy mill rescues and had feces matted in their fur everywhere! They smelled so bad that we couldn't even hold them comfortably, it made your eyes water!! We bathed, showered, brushed, to no avail! After 2 cancelled appointments at a different groomer we called Pucci's and they got us an appointment almost immediately!
