Excellent restaurant...need a better wine selection, my only criticism...! Get me some Chianti...!!
Every dish that we have tried in Puccini's has been very good. The wait staff are excellent, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable, which made our dining experience memorable. We've been there many times and it hasn't changed. ..GREAT!
SOOO not impressed at ALL! The calamari was terrible and just a small portion for $12 when I can drive to Castiglia's in Keyser for perfectly cooked food and an appetizer 3X the size for $5.95...not to mention, but mentioning, when I go to Virginia and eat at Carrabbas Italian Grill, it is also a larger, cheaper portion made perfectly. I used to love your pizza but when I took my daughter there that had just moved to the area, it was totally burnt. Bad service, employees drinking on the job, having loud personal conversations. Slow service, ordered appetizers and after thirty minutes we asked where they were, and we were informed they didn't have them, after our meals had arrived.
50 minutes, no pizza, no word from the waitress. Ridiculous. The pizza that did come out was nothing to rave about. Could have done without the ash on top. Wood fired or not. Very disappointing.
Everything was fantastic! We ordered the crab dip, chips and dip, and the Chicago and the arugala and goat cheese pizzas. We couldn't have had a better meal! Our server was also very good at her job! I can't wait to go back!
