I would like to give a loud shout out to Jerrie in the Floral Dept., and to Joe the manager on duty this morning. These wonderful people were able to put a smile on my cousin's face, and a skip in her walk today for her birthday. Thank you, so very much for working something out from way up here in GA!!

Just went to Zephyrhills Publix Deli and I must tell you.... The young lady that works there, "Cookie", is an exemplary employee. She "IS PUBLIX". They were out of white bread for sub sandwiches and I don't care for Wheat or Multi-Grain. She made sure I had a sandwich and even let me choose my bread from the bakery department. She did an amazing job. She needs to be commended for going the extra mile in customer service. It folks like "Cookie" that keep us going back to Publix. Great staff but watch the register my last few visits always being charged more than tags in produce dept ..a rip off
I so love Publix anyway. My son calls it the Cookie House cause the place we hit is the bakery to get his 'free' treat.
I think the customer service is amazing. I tell other stores they could take lessons in customer service from this store. Love this store.
