Only reason they are getting a 1 is because 0 or negative #'s aren't and option. I had the absolute WORST experience from this store today. I ordered 2 edible image cakes on Wednesday. I get a call this morning 1 hour before I am to pick them up to be told they can't make them due to copyright issues.... Did I mention I got the call 1 hour before I was to pick them up???? 1 hour, REALLY???? I spoke with the bakery Manager, yes... I used profanity, I was HOT!!! She instantly hung up on me.
