Tiffany, malcum, and paul all managers from publix on garden, turned my worst publix deli experience into a nostalgic memory from when publix absolutely stood for quality. I had ordered some deli subs for my family on the 4th. Have always purchased birthday cakes at Publix, there the best. Yesterday I purchased a cake at Publix on garden. Terrible, very dry, could not eat, waisted 20.00, obviously had been sitting in the case too long. Next time I will travel to publix in rockledge, been buying there for 16 years never had a problem. Very disappointed with Titusville.
This publix has went down over the past year. I recently tried ordering a cake for my daughters bday a month in advance. I was told while in the store that they didn't have the toy I needed to go on the cake but they would order it. The next week I was called & told they didn't know if the toy would be in by then. Really 3 weeks? So another week went by and I just said I'll forget about the toy and get a basic design I was told over the phone I would have to come in and they didn't have the color gold.
