RecommendedToday I had an incident with a lady while attempting to seat myself in the handicapped scooter. This lady was attempting to distract my mobility service dog while she was insuring I did not fall. Both staff and customers came to my aid as the lady started yelling at me and attempting to hit me. Thank you Publix Garden street staff ....and the kind customers... that prevented what could have been an awful situation. This is why I love shopping at Publix!
We really enjoy publix subs and visit this location weekly for one but it seems every time we visit this location they don't have bread made or the ultimate meat ready which is a signature menu item.The staff is great and well manored however it really puts a damper on your stop when you have to wait so long for a sub. Please Titusville Publix make more meat and bread before you run out.
The new style of stores that they are going with now make for a much more congested and uncomfortable shopping and working experience, especially at the front end, entry and parking lot. I am much happier shopping at the old style stores that still have roomy entrances and carts go on both sides and still have the green cart corrals in the lot that are easier to see and put the carts in and get out. They need help in the deli BAD. Long wait times and disgruntled employees is never a good mix. Get told one time for the wait and end up waiting an extra 10-15 on top of the wait time.
This Publix is excellent. I am so glad they are close to home for me. The Staff is polite, very helpful, and professional. I never hesitate to go up to one of them in the store and ask for help. I do the shopping for my home, the wife is disabled. She sends me pictures on Text messages, to show me what to pick up. Im still a guy, and get lost on some items. ANy other store, I would just give up, but here...They all go above & beyond to help me out. THANKS Publix at St Johns Plaza!!
