I’m a teacher who needed a special cake at the last minute for a very special boy going through a tough situation and Janice went above and beyond in the bakery for me. Last minute order and wouldn’t let me pay for it. She’s amazing. She was my ray of sunshine on a very hard day! �
I love this Publix but here lately at hate to checkout. I know a part of your service is to take the groceries to the car. But today I shouldn't have to decline 6 times and then to have her roll her eyes at me!!!! If I say no, back off. It's odd that when my husband says no, nobody bothers him about it. I have been shopping here for years and never had a problem.
My son got caught in a buggy at Ooltewah Publix with his leg (don't ask)LOL. The staff rushed to help me. At least 3 managers and the customer service person came over immediately. We were in the self check-out line.They called the fire dept and retrieved tools to dismantle the buggy where my son could get his leg out safely. Moving from Florida, where Publix is like HUGE, I was soooo happy to find Publix here in Ooltewah! I was so surprised how it is not busy at all! I feel like they just don't get how AWESOME Publix is here!! � Everyone at Snow Hill Village store has been so nice, the store is always well stocked and clean. Anyways, I am so thankful i don't have to go through Publix Sub, sweet tea and buffalo dip withdrawals! �
I went there to do their inventory. They were very nice and helpful. I really hate to say this, but they were more friendly in Tn. Than in Ga were I live.
