love the publix on Malabar and their assistant bakery manager is the best!! very helpful, friendly and he made the best suggestion cheesecake almond cone which is my family's new favorite#!
Publix Deli Staff........Please keep in mind most of the customers waiting are on a lunch break. Is it necessary to stop working and hold a lengthy conversation while other customers are waiting? Ask about her baby on your time, not mine please!
My saying for my Publix on Malabar Road is that it's a place where shopping is a pleasure and working there is too ❤. The customer service managers are super nice, and Tarneka is ALWAYS there for me. This is my first/current job, and I'm glad I didn't apply anywhere else! ☺
I love Publix. I must say, though, something has to be done about couponers who clear the shelves then try to sell the stuff they just got for free. I am trying to buy the Lindsey Naturals Green olives, just 2 jars. I dont have 100 coupons! I cant find them, then last night i saw someone trying to sell them! That is very WRONG!
Waited in line for over 10 minutes at the deli for a sub. A guy walks up behind me and decided he didnt have to wait, so he went to BOB at the meat counter, who looked over and saw me in line (I was next up), and then proceeded to walk over to the sub counter and make this mans subs, completely ignoring me and skipping me in line. Thanks for the extremely poor customer service BOB! Called the store and spoke to the manager Nikki who transferred me to the Deli, where that manager was on break.
