Crispy Chicago Hard Rolls and juicy roast beef (Boar‘s Head London Broil) Excellent
Its ok but the homeless Junkies of Palm Bay hang out drinking and smoking right outside the door. Ive lived in this town for 37 years and ive never seen anything like it in this area! Im surprised the Palm Bay Policy Inforcers allow such a thing!!! #CleanUpOurTown!!!
This isn't my usual publix, but I do go here every so often. This time I was getting a couple hoagies for dinner and the white rolls were too hard for them to even use. They said someone over proofed them. I'll just stick with the Publix on Palm Bay red for hoagies. Edit to add: I got a couple of boxes of eggo waffles because they were bogo and after I got home I saw that one of the boxes had been opened and taped shut. So now I have to waste gas to go back and take them back which basically voids the whole bogo deal.
Always a great place to shop and great service. Employees are all so helpful and friendly
Your sandwich people are the most incompetent people I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with in my entire life!! Anyone with common sense know you PRESS a Cuban, not toast it! I asked for pressed and she stuck it in the toaster and walked away before I could correct the situation and when she came back and I told her, she argued with me about it!! Train your staff for find new ones because your location is a disappointment every time I come here! Thanks for wasting my money, yet again!
They always mess up on the subs when you order online happened twice in a month and many times before. Oh and how yummy when you find a hair in your sub. $7.79 for a boars head sub with hair are you freakin kidding me?! To top it off the manager is a rude one like it's my fault this happened. Company policy on your website states cheerfully refunded that didn't happen. If you did your job right manager, you wouldn't have these problems!
I Hate Publix... called in and ordered subs....got there and they were completely wrong (Cold)...I went back over to ask the young guy behind the counter about them and he snapped at me, grabbed the tag from the bag and showed me the ticket and said I placed the order wrong....I was taken back...then I calmly said, I called in the order...2 Philly Steak and Cheese, grilled with peppers, onions and mushrooms...how did I order wrong...We ended up standing there another 20 minutes as he reluctantly remade them...
