RecommendedToday, a young man cleaned the handle of each shopping basket as they were returned. He greeted me when I walked in. The cashier was very nice to talk to. She assured me that things will get back to normal. I found a lot of what was on my list!
How can a central location not be prepared for an evening dinner rush of prepared food. On more than one occasion I have come in around 5:30 and 6 and been told it would be 30 min to an hour wait for chicken wings. There is no excuse as I am sure it is no surprise during the week. This time will be consistently busy at the hot foods counter.
Publix was always for over 40 years has been known as the best place for steaks besides Pettys or Downtown produce and seems every time I try Publix steaks they taste rotten when cooked... No other way to describe it other than rotten we bought 2 greenwise ribeyes and they were so bad my dog wouldn't even eat it and I am not lying.. he wouldn't even take it he smelled it and walked away. I had been working 3 nights (12hr shifts) I woke up around 4pm hungry and was craving for a publix sub. I ordered 3 online (1 for me and 2 for family members) around 445. The pick up time was sched for 555pm. I got there at 6 pm and my subs were not in the pick up bin. I asked the employee behind the counter and he said they havent gotten to making them. I am in public almost daily. Right now I came in and bought groceries marissa who was bagging packed the bags do full and put my bread in with heavy glass products she didn’t offer to help separate my groceries nor asked if I needed help out to my car definitely calling corporate Monday morning
clean, always has items on sale and very friendly staff.
