Since the stores arrival in New Bern, NC, we've started to use Publix and are enjoying their savings. We took advantage of the 10% off of our bill in Veterans Day and really appreciate the pharmacy in store. This will be a first choice of shopping for our family. The staff is super eager to help and it's nice to feel their compassion and customer service.
Today was our first visit to this new Publix. We are familiar with the corporation from visits to Florida but are very excited that we will have a Publix in Greenville, NC. The New Bern store is lovely, all the employees are very helpful and we were able to find many of our favorites. May mean some trips to New Bern until our store is open.
Love it. The bakery is wonderful. Lots to pick from. Meat dept is clean with ample cuts of meat. Checkout is quick and they will help you to your car.
My family and I had lunch there and it was great! The bread for our subs was so fresh you could taste it. The sitting area was neat and clean. Publix is now my go to place for my sub sandwiches.
Associates in deli were awesome, very attentive on customer service
My husband and I drove 45 minutes just for a sub. Totally worth it!
The best thing that's ever be to New Bern as far as I'm concerned. Great variety, prices and extremely friendly employees. Love it all around
Beautiful clean store with a great variety of items. Awesome bakery, seafood counter, deli and olive bar. Just wish it was in Jacksonville, NC
Today was my third visit. Customer service is over the top, I just hope it doesn't fade as the new wears off. The cashier, Larry, remembered me and my husband from last week. The bakery, produce, meats, seafood all looked very fresh. Publix, you have a new customer!
