I want to send a HUGE shoutout to Michelle in the bakery! This morning I discovered that the woman who was to do my daughters birthday cake for the party at 2 had blocked me on Facebook!!! I contacted Publix in New Bern and spoke with Michelle and she made sure my daughter had the cake she wanted!!!! Thank you Michelle!!!! You were amazing and don’t worry I will be seeing you in June!!!
How about having more than one register open on Saturdays? If I wanted to work as a cashier at self checkout I would apply for a job.
Have been going to Publix for years living in Tampa, FL. Glad to welcome them to New Bern NC!
I spent 10 years shopping only at Publix! Then I moved back to Virginia, my husband and I were looking in North Carolina and saw an ad on Facebook that Publix was opening in New Bern, we moved 25 minutes from Publix! They have the best brands, deli and bakery! I am never disappointed!
I have never had a bad experience there. I wish I could adopt some of your personnel.
However, searched for The Shizzle which was supposed to be in Aisle 3, but couldn't find it.
I had the winning ticket for the fantastic sheet cake at the Readers' Choice Awards in New Bern this week. Everyone loved it! Thank you!
