Never again will i order a cake from there. Not only once did they get our order wrong but twice. I didn't have time for them to correct their mistake even with a picture. My cake looks nothing like the photo. I asked them a month in a advance if they can do this type of cake. They said yes. Well lesson learn never go to a grocery store for a Specialized Cake. I paid way to much money for the amateur job they did.
I got this Publix to make a cake for my babyshower which was this past Sunday...they did an awful job first off when I went to pick up my cake the girl acted like she couldn't find it then once she did find it I had to wait for her to finish putting the name on the cake then the cake was brought to me in a moving box just a regular old brown moving box smh...by the time I left out the parking lot the cake was leaning and about to fall...once we took it out the box at the shower the icing was coming off and the cake was just ... read more

The cashiers and bag boys/girls need a little refresher on how to properly handle and bag bakery items. Twice in the past week they have thrown cupcakes into a bag as if they are just going to stay upright and pretty!!! Last night the girl did this to mine and said "oops let me go get you some more." I said "no! Those are the last ones of that flavor and I am in a hurry!" Every cupcake was flipped over with icing all over the damn box!!! Please train your people. To all the men and women who helped me when I was sick and passed out in the baby isle while I was with my sick son, I thank you ! Every time I visit this location I feel nothing but love and security from every employee especially those who comforted my son while I was on the floor awaiting the EMT's . This team is nothing but joyous and perfect !
