I went to a Walmart in Columbus last night and did not see a piece of produce I would eat. It was smelly and dirty. I went to Publix this morning. The produce was beautiful, it was spotless. The employees were friendly and helpful. Jon is always so nice. A young man saw I could not pick up my bag and ran to help me to my car. I’ll stick with Publix from now on. Ansley is great and friendly as well.

Publix Pharmacy at Phenix Crossing has two incompetent people behind the counter. One told me my prescriptions were not due to be refilled, when I needed them filled, when I got home I got a text to come pick my prescriptions up. My last encounter with another pharmacy employee, said my prescription was not ready, when the Publix Pharmacy app told me it was ready for pick up. You are slipping. One register open, no one helping the cashier bag. Shelf stock on sale items often low. Employees are the saving grace!
Their customer service is awesome! Michelle in the Deli handled my purchase with the utmost care.
