Love Publix. Always leave with more than I intended to purchase. I don't see as many retirees and special needs working since your relocation; why not?
I loved this store when it initially opened,but today I was extremely disappointed. I could not find any help in the back of the store. Only four registers were open at the checkout. The shelves needed stocking. And automatic carry out seems to be a thing of the past. But the final straw was when I asked to have a two liter coke double bagged, I was ignored. When I said something I got a rude reaction from the clerk.
I love our new store, however, past 3 times I have been there I have to search for items that have not expired yet.... It seems like the shelves are not being rotated especially in dairy.....
Just called the bakery to order a birthday cake for my husband tomorrow! Spoke with a man that was very helpful and POLITE! Not sure what his name was but thank you! Love our Thomasville Publix! :)
I normally love the quality and service of Publix, but today I literally waited an hour in the deli for a sandwich. Kinda disappointed... Not sure if I'll be getting anything from their deli from now on.
