RecommendedI recently got married and ordered my wedding cake from the bakery here. It was beautiful! I only needed a small round cake. I just got the white cake with buttercream icing, decorated with seashells. We were very pleased. It tasted delicious! I bought my own topper so no writing on the cake. They did an outstanding job!
Don't go here during the lunch rush. Deli staff is very rude and not helpful at all. They wouldn't give much information about items that should have been available ie chicken wings. Cuban sandwich was not made with the right ingredients but it was labeled Cuban.
My husband and I were on an aisle and 3 employees with U boats stocking as well as the a buffalo rock stock person along with many customers. I said to my husband, have you ever seen such a crowd and One of the publix team members was EXTREMELY RUDE and smarted off to me by saying, HAVE YOU! Have you ever??! I quickly let him know that I was not talking to him. Our public back home does not operate this way! He didn’t have much else to say once I confronted him!
Ordered a Havana bold sub online along with two others. Got a call saying they were out of ham for the bold sub so I had them substitute it with roast beef... picked it up, got home, and went to go to eat my sub and it’s literally just bread mayo and roast beef. No other toppings. 🙄 I’m annoyed with this cause I don’t wanna go out for the second time to fix this you know cause corona virus
I love this place! Everyone here is so nice they actually speak to you while your shopping. Typified I am looking for something they are so nice about helping. The store is always clean, the produce is fresh, the meat selection is great and the people in the deli are very friendly and don’t push you to make your selection offering a taste of what you are thinking about getting if your not sure. They have the best homemade bread. The Chicago Italian is awesome. The salads they put together are great Most all the things of their brand are very good and I shop brand only. The Employees are very friendly and helpful Can not say enough good things about Publix
Everything I need in one place.
For the most part it’s fine. It’s a grocery store. Don’t bother trying their sushi department. When asked about making a roll for me he came out and shoved at me some oremade rolls of what I wasn’t asking for. Couldn’t speak English and barely got out it would take 10 minutes to make one roll. Complete joke. The workers at the deli are great though. We enjoy talking to them often.
