Love shopping at my favorite grocery store. Only wish they would make more let lime pies without the almonds....that's it!
Went today with my 4 babies after a long day and NO NAPS... Selena was amazing! She was patient, kind, and filled me in on some awesome BOGO's! Very thankful for her and wanted to make sure that she got recognized.
Every time I visit this publix there is some sort of issue. Horrible deli never has food ready on time sometimes you can wait up to 30 minutes passed your pick up time, that is if they have your food you want, rude employees and managers that do not care to fix anything don't even care to make changes and just make excuses. I've been voicing my complaints for over 6 months it's time for a change!
Well when I go into the store is always some kind of greeting from the employees weatherton in management or just even somebody putting food on the shelves. Also they are very hopeful and many times I have been looking for something and they stop at they're doing and go immediately and assist me and I certainly can appreciate that. When I worked at Publix our deli had a lot of pride and care to the customers. After I left and others moved on, I saw a change in attitudes ....... Like I am on break, can't help you or it's not my area, and so on. Store 704 is a pit for a Publix store and only a change in management and some workers will this ever change. I enjoyed my time there, but now it's time for a change before they lose more customers.
This publix has such a rude deli staff who works slower than molasses. I was the only one in the deli around 5:30 pm and I was ignored for 5 min, no one apologized for the wait and when they finally got to me they looked as if they hated their job. Then the cash register and bagger were talking poorly about a customer who asked if she had to bag her own groceries.
