I'm a paraplegic with a service dog who was told I had to have my service dog on a leash in your store today. We've been to Publix locations from North Carolina to Miami and never once been told what we were told today. I suggest you either try grocery shopping from a wheelchair while you hold your fully trained service dog or you simply look at the ADA and Service Dog laws. RecommendedLove this location! I work at a doctors office 2 streets behind it so this is the offices go-to store for everything. Miss B in the bakery provided Exceptional service today! We had a birthday in the office today and we forgot to order the cake 24 hours in advance (since the office is closed on Sundays). I went in to pick one out that was like the one we were going to order. the only store we shop for groceries we love this store & the workers there as they are always polite & helpful
I love the store and the delivery is awesome...however....I ordered a rotisserie chicken delivered. It was just over $8. It literally was a tiny bit larger than a pkg of cream cheese. This is not photoshopped! Would NOT serve more than 3 people! Would not recommend buying these from them.
A good supermarket for all grocery needs
This Publix has a habit of humiliating people with a disability. This morning, as we were completing our shopping, my husband and I were accosted by the store manager and told that we were no longer allowed to shop there because an employee with an ax to grind falsely accused us of directing a profanity at her that we did not say. The management made additional false accusations that caused me to experience a severe panic attack which caused the managers to smirk and giggle like middle schoolers.

Every other publix i have been to, has never given me any issues with coupons, maybe because this is a smaller store they have to be coupon natsizs, i dont get it. I work close to this one and on lunch try to do some shopping for my family of 6, ( mind you I'm a single mom and try to save as much as i can) but I've never been so embarrassed as i was today. Had a cake made for a baby shower and it was not professional looking at all. Very disappointed. Got Publix bc I was hoping to impress. Luckily I took time out my day the next day and brought it to a different Publix and had it fixed. Wish this would allow me to post the picture as I have a before and after. Manager was nice and handled it as best he could but unfortunately he was not a cake decorator
