Publix has always lived up to thier motto, "where shopping is a pleasure", that is until I moved to Alabama and started shopping at the Hamilton Place store. The store manager totally disregards store policy as posted at the customer service desk. I have shopped Publix over 30 years and I have never experienced the degree of rudeness that I have in 4 months at this store. Kroger is kinder.
New to Opelika. Got to shop at Publix tonight. Felt like "home". And, Oh the joy of cold cuts sliced right!
The people are always so friendly & it's always a great time shopping there.
My husband and I had a great shopping experience at this Publix last night. From the time we got out of our car to the time we left we were met with friendly, happy, and caring employees. Employees seemed to be everywhere and available to help us find what we needed. The employees at checkout were especially helpful in unloading the shopping cart, wishing us Happy Thanksgiving and offering to take the groceries to our car.
