I love Publix bc of their great customer service. But if I wanted to scan and bag my own groceries, I would go to Walmart where my favorite ice cream doesn’t cost $8.
This is the best store ever! Always clean and friendly. I am very impressed with how both Publix stores in my area is handling the pandemic. I love the one way aisles. I wish it was like that all the time. 5 stars!!

great store great staff cleanliness beyond compare
The food is fresh, lots of choices, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm told they will order anything you want but haven't asked!
Best customer service around. Kudos to Savanna, cashier, who is always so friendly and nice. She is so polite and always goes above and beyond to make my shopping experience pleasurable. Of course all the Publix employees here do that but she seems to have that extra something than makes me enjoy coming to Publix.
They got better quality meats than kroger
