Slow customer service. Deli is slow and most of the times they don’t answer the phone. Workers behind the deli act like they don’t want to be there.
RecommendedThere was a mishap today with a Birthday cake a day without me asking, they brought the manager out to talk to me. They went beyond what I was expecting to make it right. The young man who made the mistake was overwhelming apologetic!! Great customer service!

Wonderful experience! Went into the store looking for an international food for my daughters upcoming school project and stopped by customer service for help. Not only did they help us find exactly what we needed but they went out of their way to help us find everything else on our list. I’m not normally a Publix shopper but after tonight we will be. I submitted an online order on 6 December to be picked up on 10 December. I confirmed my order over the phone that same day. When I went to pick up my order there was a lot of confusion because they only used half of my hyphenated last name so they couldn't find my order. Once they did find it, they had fulfilled only half of my order. I had to prove to them that I placed an order for two items. Once proven, they say they could "throw me something together".
