RecommendedSuper impressed with the customer service at this location. We changed up the details on our cake last minute and not only were they very accommodating, but it exceeded our expectations. One gentleman also wizzed right over for us to get last minute balloons and another directed me where to get sternos. We were in and out within 10 minutes of picking up cake, balloons, and other last minute party food and supplies.
I have been using the new curbside pickup service. It is awesome! My groceries are ready when I arrive and brought straight to my car. The Publix employee is always so courteous and helpful. As a member of the “high risk” group, I cannot express how appreciative I am for this service.
Just stood in line at your deli section for 10 minutes. Never so much as an acknowledgement that I was there or time frame I would be served. I counted at least 6 employees behind the counter. All in their own world. Horrible customer service skills. This appears to be a pattern the few times I actually walk in your store. Do better or tell them to go to Chic Fila so they can see what great customer service looks like. Now I will have to drive to Irmo location to get the deli meat I came for.
