Publix is honestly one of the best grocery stores around. Shopping here makes things super easy. The store’s always clean, the workers are really friendly, and everything’s easy to find. The bakery is amazing. Prices are solid and I never have to wait long at checkout. It just feels chill and well-run every time I go. Definitely my go-to spot for groceries.
Though I have filled my prescriptions and shopped here for years, the pharmacist disagreed with my doctor on a dosage of a medication and simply told me to find another pharmacy. She offered no help, no alternatives, simply said just go away, we don’t want your business. Seems that Publix is making money hand over fist so instead of caring for their customers and offering solutions they just turn them away. Interesting business philosophy!
