I had the pleasure to interact with Deli manager, Theresa in reference to a Bogo offer and empty bogo shelves. Empty Bogo shelves is a common thread at this particular Publix. I would like to commend Deli Manager, Theresa. She is truly an asset to your corporation. This particular Publix store at 1700 34th St. North needs a complete management overhaul. Dont call the pharmacy team to ask questions they are rude..i will find a family owned pharmacy to give my business to.
This pharmacy has gone steadily down hill. I've used it for the last ten years and have had nothing but trouble for the last 2. If you need schedule one drugs be ready to be scolded and made to feel lesser than, if they deign to fill them at all.
Melissa is very rude and she treats customers like trash
