I have been getting my prescriptions at this pharmacy for over 10 years and the staff is always great and they give premier customer service every single time.
We have our family prescriptions filled at either Publix or Kroger pharmacy. Whenever we order from Publix pharmacy, we are told it is not ready yet and asked to wait 15 minutes, even though the order has been sent in several hours before. If we call before to see if it is ready, we cannot get a live person on the phone. When we have our prescription sent to Kroger, although they are usually busy, it is almost always ready when we arrive to pick it up. Their Deli is poorly ran.
We use this pharmacy because is very close to home but today is about the 5th time I come to pick a medication and guess what??? “It's not ready yet” I clearly switched pharmacies from this negligent one, the medication was sent yesterday, and “it’s not ready yet” as always.
