Friendly but pricey and slow

charged my debit card for items I never got. And when I when to them to explain that my card declined but resent the charge after I had left the building it went though after I had gotten home.I when back up to the store to take to the manger little help that was she proceed to tell me there was nothing that can be done. So now I think tomorrow I need to talk to an attorney about this they are not about to get away with taking my money.
