If I could give them a 0 stars I would. I work in Buckhead and this location is convenient . My main Pharmacy is Alpharetta Publix where everyone is professional and kind. I got here at 11 am on Sunday, 09/14. The lady just snapped at me that it will be ready in an hour since they just opened. I have been filling at Publix over 2 decades, an hour to fill one prescription is crazy. If she said nicely I would be fine but she was just so nasty and loud. Emargency medication are always stock out.
Ever-ending rotation of pharmacy staff. Had another issue with them yesterday. Meds were not there as ordered some time ago by my doctor. I inquired how to solve matter. No assistance. They just don't seem to care or want to engage. Little confidence in them. Not friendly too.
