Thr pharmacist Ariel was so nice and caring. She answered all my questions and gave me some great advice about the medicine that I was taking! Tania also is very nice and always goes above and beyond to make sure i get everything I need! RTR
Poor customer service every single time I’ve tried to order anything from this store. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service and unprofessionalism at an establishment. The most recent incident entails me ordering a popcorn chicken platter. I received a call shortly after placing my order from an employee stating they wouldn’t have any chicken tomorrow to be able to fulfill my order per the deli manager “Shan”. I ordered my prescription on Monday. The recording said it will be ready tomorrow (yesterday). I just called and it hasn’t been processed. I have been to other pharmacies and this one seems the worst!
We have had NUMEROUS issues with this pharmacy and it will be the last time we get our medicine there. The last time I had an issues, the lady ended up getting hateful and hung up on me, simply because I asked questions. Today my husband is on night shift and they told him his medicine would be ready at 12. He set his alarms to wake up and go pick it up!
