I have attempted on two different occasions to order a cake from this location. Both time the orders "disappeared." Sadly they kept making it seem like I was crazy and didn't call in because I didn't write down the person's name. I gave exact time stamp of the call, 4:55pm and they didn't know who was working at that time. Seriously? First they ruin my son's first birthday, I ended up buying cupcakes with colors close to the theme. Now a 20th anniversary, NO CAKE. Thanks a lot publix!!
Third time we have been here and every time something is expired! 11 days past sell by date for meat is unacceptable and disappointing! Past times it's been cheese and pork (both publix brand) and chips by a third party!
