Usually do not have any problems but when called yesterday about a script they just picked up the phone and dropped it, 3 times with no "hold please", nothing. I had no idea what was going on. When they finally did answer all I got was a cold "how can I help you". When I went to pick up and I asked what happened yesterday, the woman behind the counter went off repeating how busy they are, can't you see whats going on, and she kept going on and on. Waited almost 10 mins at the seafood area and no one is here .. i asked for help and yet they didn’t come right away . Person finally came and she looked like she didn’t want to help. Went to go pay, and the person at the register Didn’t even say hello, or anything. Just started ringing up my stuff. I will not be coming here anymore.

Well now I know why this pharmacy has terrible reviews. I was going to transfer all meds here but never mind. I Went to pick up my medication waited in line for 15 while the African American pharmacist was having conversation with the woman ahead of me . I get there he talked to me for 2 seconds just said that medication is not covered. then asked me to move so he can take care of another pt. Never gave me info on how to get this medication covered or insight or what else can I do to fix the issue. U can tell this is just a ... read more
