This was the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. The lack of work ethic and customer service is unbelievable. The emplyoees lack any empathy or care. They tried to blame myself/doctor for the way the prescritpion was sent but I proved them wrong it was actually their mistake. They are a bunch of cocky and arrogant employees and they need to wipe their smug looks off their faces. Go anywhere else but here.
I’ve never had any issues with Publix. They go out of their way to be helpful.
It so sad to say after more than 10 years shopping at public and using the pharmacy services I have to leave. Why , I was treated with no Consideration knowing I needed my medication. So
This place provides good service and I love what there doing with the store but one thing I don’t like is that some of the staff members don’t know where some of the stuff is.
Never have my prescription ready never have my wife’s prescription ready on time. Always having to come back that are the worst
