I hate their prescription bottles. I can't get my meds out unless I dump them on my counter. Ugh I get so aggravated . If they don't change bottles I'm changing pharmacies.
I went to the drive up pharmacy window to pick up my eye drops on 2/27/24 I had called ahead to make sure it was ready and was assured it was. Upon arriving at the pharmacy window I was told they don’t have it in stock. I asked her if she can find a Walgreens pharmacy that had it in stock because I was flying out of state at 6 am on the 28th, and she said no! I would need to call around. She was curt and rude. Tamyra in Pharmacy is extraordinarily proactive, helpful and positive. She's great!
The workers are nice but they need to give people a heads up if a prescription is not in stock. I had to wait a few days and I could've gone to another Publix pharmacy.
