Useless and unhelpful. Publix should be ashamed. Tried to get Sudafed, which is sold behind the counter. After rushing in my extremely ill state to make it before 9pm, the pharmacist (working closing shift 7/21/25) claimed her system wouldn’t log her in so she couldn’t sell it to me. Then just shrugged and said “you can get the kind we sell in the aisle, it just doesn’t work as well.” How long was that system down? What if someone had come for their prescription? Went 3 days without my meds because they didn't think the 5day supply was urgent and sent it to Orlando to be filled .this place is a joke and should be shut down.. I literally had to argue to get my husband's antidepressants filled the same day the Dr called them in. The guy told me he didn't see it at all then 10 minutes into the call "oh there it is"
Been coming here for many years. Never had a single problem. Everyone does their job with professionalism. I have plenty friends I don't need any more. What I do need is a pharmacist that knows what to do and these people do it well. I’m not concerned if they don’t smile at me. And for Mrs. Lopez, If you are needing warm fuzees from you pharmacy, perhaps your looking in the wrong place if it's hugs you are needing. If you knew just part of the stress they have to deal with you would not be so quick to criticize.
lol... What's that very popular lament in Google reviews? "If I could give them zero stars I would." The pharmacy staff at this, Post Rd location, are so impatient with customers that get prescriptions filled here. They seem to just want you to pick up your meds and be out of their atmosphere.
