I’ve been going to this pharmacy for several years and will no longer. Service here has really tanked in the past year or so. Refills are often not filled, doctor’s offices send refill approvals and these guys claim to not get them (this has happened repeatedly), prescriptions remain “pending” in the app for weeks, they never know when they are getting resupplied when they are out of stock. It’s really third-word here. Buh-bye Publix Pharmacy, it was real, time for a serious pharmacy.
Everyone at this pharmacy seems so nice, informative, and helpful.
