I appreciate that they offer pay-in-advance, pickup, and curbside options, but this pharmacy is a joke. The staff is not friendly; they are dismissive at best, and there are never any parking spots available for curbside pickup. Even at 1 pm on a Tuesday, the two reserved spots are either taken by in-store customers or already full. I had a very disappointing experience with this pharmacy due to the pharmacist's unprofessional behavior. I called with legitimate questions and concerns about my son's medication, expecting to be treated with respect and professionalism. Instead, IAN (the pharmacist) was dismissive, spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, and showed no interest in addressing my concerns. Bring back John and the original team. We are all patients who deserve kindness and care when we pick up our medication. I was rudely spoken to and basically shoved aside, then ignored. I called while I was in the parking lot and asked for the manager. I believe her name was Chelsea (I apologize if that is wrong) She was amazing, listened to my story and wanted to help right away. Amazing friendly people who were very informative as well. Always have a smile on their face. I have gone to this pharmacy for myself or for my parents since I was a child. Some of the nicest people you will meet, not sure what crabby dirt bags left the bad reviews but I wouldn't trust them.
