This Publix pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They have never had my prescription ready on time, and they don’t even contact me.
For a number of years now, I have had consistently excellent service at this particular Publix Pharmacy. However, I do agree that six or eight years ago service was very spotty at best.
Every month I come to get my medicine they alway short staffed and when they ain’t short staffed there they have five workers and one on the counter and a whole line of people and when u asked them about why no one helping they she got it
This pharmacy is VERY BUSY. They are usually swamped with orders and set false expectations on when your prescriptions will be ready. If you don’t mind waiting longer than usual, you can go here. At least The pharmacists and staff are pleasant though.
