I've been using Publix pharmacy at Old Peachtree for over a year now. I love you using the pharmacy because everybody is so nice and polite that works there. They always have my medicine in stock and my prescription is always filled within 20 to 30 minutes it is an awesome pharmacy. I do my grocery shopping and then go back over there and my prescription is ready. I love Publix pharmacy on the corner of Old Peachtree and Buford Drive. Muy mala atención, NO TIENEN EMPATIA CON LOS CLIENTES. te hacen perder el tiempo porque NO SE SABEN ORGANIZAR. Y por su mala atención solo te dan excusas mientras están parados haciendo NADA. SE LES OLVIDA que los clientes SON PACIENTES que lamentablemente están con problemas de salud. Después de tanto esperar cuando me retiro es que se dignan a enviarme un mensaje de texto para que vuelva. OJO CON EL TIEMPO DE LAS PERSONAS NO SE JUEGA
Quick to say no we haven’t received the prescription from your provider when indeed they have. Don’t pay attention to the name and DOB of the patient and put it under the wrong patient and some how it is my fault. This has happened every time I’ve used this pharmacy, unfortunately by the same person. It’s getting annoying that it has to be a battle every time.
They are filling most prescriptions in Florida, so even if their website says it will be ready at 11 am tomorrow, it's actually going to take 4 days.
