We've been using Publix pharmacy on Memorial for the past 5 years or so. Almost always a wonderful, pleasant experience, friendly staff helpful. Helpful, knowledgeable and rarely have to wait more than a few minutes.
If I could review in negative stars I would. They failed me twice and I don’t give 3rd chances. The first time they gave me a controlled substance without checking my id, my address or anything. The second time, they filled the wrong prescription and I didn’t notice until I got home. My insurance won’t cover another dose so now I’m out of my medication for an entire month. Zero stars. Would never visit again. I will specifically avoid this public at all costs!

I've been an client of Publix for over 20 years. They started having supply issues and I had to move my prescription. I called back today because the other location that I was using did not have my prescription. They would not accept me even though I was in their database and I had been a client others for over 20 years. I mean why in the world are you in business? You say you won't accept a new patient well by far I'm not a new patient. She was so dismissive. You could tell she had no concern
