I've been an client of Publix for over 20 years. They started having supply issues and I had to move my prescription. I called back today because the other location that I was using did not have my prescription. They would not accept me even though I was in their database and I had been a client others for over 20 years. I mean why in the world are you in business? You say you won't accept a new patient well by far I'm not a new patient. She was so dismissive. You could tell she had no concern
Tell me it’s going to be 15 minutes as I stand where you can see me only to have to pull it out of the bins after I approach the counter but can wait on others and call them up when you say not ready yet. Publix great service apparently doesn’t extend to the pharmacy portion of the store.
