RecommendedI always have a pleasant experience when I go into any Publix' supermarkets. The staff are always helpful & informative.
So disappointing the ad running for Publix Greenwise salted caramel ice cream but the stores don't have it in stock and I've gone to several stores over several days and no ice cream. I asked a manager and he didn't seem to know or willing to put out any effort to find out. Not good customer service!
After the experience I had yesterday, I wouldn't even give this store the 1 star I had to to leave this comment. I was shopping last night and while I was in the frozen foods, I looked at the prices of their frozen vegetables. I closed the door of the freezer and turned to my 15 year old and told him we would stop at Winn Dixie on the way home because the vegetables were almost 1/2 as much there.
