Yesterday I left extremely disappointed and full of laughter at the same exact time! If you don’t believe me ask Saul. Long story short… Went to Publix for a quick cake for my husband’s bday. He like to say “LoDay” so I went with it. Asked the rep to write on it. The rep said “you have to pay first”. I said no problem but let me just get the sticker and you can write on it. *Patient & Parental Safety Advisory * Patient care at its worse, zero empathy , zero effort . Pharmacy doesn't even seem to try an order medication they don't have in stock, tell you to wait 2-3 months. Walgreens down the roadgot the prescription filled same day. This would have been my first prescription filled with Publix, seems like the Pharmacist and PBM don't want to make money with these type of results. Started out amazing. Original staff that opened store & staff that followed were all great. Very personal care, would go the extra mile, call if there was any issue. A few years ago the staff changed to what it is now and it's been downhill ever since. Read other reviews from within last year or two and you'll see the same consistent comments - rude, inept, don't care, etc.
