Put me on hold and went to lunch
I have been here 3 times and all 3 times there was a problem. The 1st time they wouldn't fill my cough syrup, said get mucinex from the shelf. My perception was not for mucinex. Next time I got a tooth pulled in vero where i live but I work in Melbourne so of course I'm going to work I'm going to need my meds. It takes 1 hour to get to Melbourne. Every time I go to this Publix, I go to the deli section and one of two things ALWAYS happens. I’ll be first in line at the and get ignored for a minimum of 15 minutes or I’ll get my order in at the deli and then get ghosted with 0 explanation for a excruciating amount of time. Customer service does not matter here
