The pharmacists here are always nice, but the tech is horrible. The pharmacists here go above and beyond to help my prescription transferred from Kroger. I thought Kroger was bad. But the tech here is the worst and has some serious issues with me personally. This wasn’t the first time I encounter hostility. I think she has some issues with me. I’m very disappointed with this pharmacy. They never answer the phone, and when I finally went in person tonight after going two days without my high blood-pressure medication—they refused to refill it because it was five minutes before closing. This is unacceptable, especially for a healthcare provider. I received a message stating my prescription was ready to be refilled, but since they don’t pick up the phone, I couldn’t place the order in time. I'm about to move to the neighborhood and visited today for the first time! I entered the lane and was removing my items from my cart and I heard someone ask If I'd like for them to take over and finish emptying my cart. I honestly had never been asked that before and was blown away. Thank you Kennedy for the insane customer service I received from you... I'm so happy this will be my Publix!!
