Came in with my child who has a severe ear infection to drop off prescription at 9am when they open. Was told on the phone prior to arriving that it would be 45 minutes because they are very busy due to holiday on Monday. Lady wasn’t rude, but sounded annoyed to have to take my call. Don’t they prioritize filling the prescriptions by urgency? The female pharmacy techs that I spoke to were so rude! Hello, I am the customer, no need to be rude ladies. Just want our prescriptions, no need to make it seem like I am inconveniencing you when I call about a prescription. If you hate your job, get a new one!
Very good pharmacy the pharmacist and staff are very professional and polite.
Store has a serious fly problem, something wrong with the entrance door blowers ??? Flies all over the sub area and had to remake half of a sub. Sat down to eat upstairs and a fly almost crawled onto my sandwich. Won't be having lunch here again.
