Hate to see all the bad reviews, been coming here for 4-5 years now and they’ve always gone above and beyond whenever I was in a pickle
Went from the best pharmacy in town to the worse when they promoted Patel to pharmacy manager. He doesn't care about people. He told lies to me when he was at New Salem store and now at this store. I reported him and he apologize. He asked for a second chance. Weeks later, he lies to me again on ordering my wife's anti-seizure medication. I asked his staff and they say he constantly lies to customers. They lost ALL my business, and now, back to New Salem store. BTW, their district managers don't care. This is the worst pharmacy in town. Every single time I need to fill my dog's prescription he runs out of his seizure medicine and they will not let me fill it until he is totally out. I am leaving town today and he literally has three pills left, and he is going to the dog sitter and will not have his pills while I am out of town. He takes 1/2 pills in the morning and 1 at night so obviously someone doesn't know how to do basic math. I have never had this issue with any other pharmacy in town. CRYSTAL *PHARM TECH* Put in wrong GoodRX then wouldn't do a refund/fix on the meds because you can't do a return meds on any meds. She didn't know what she was doing and couldn't help me after.
