Would be 0 stars if that were possible. Pharmacist declined to fill my prescription for my anti seizure meds because they thought the dose was too high, despite the prescription coming straight from my doctor. Pharmacy manager was very rude and judgmental when I was explaining the situation to him, treating me like some sort of junkie, until he read the notes on my account and realized what the medication was actually for. My husband has epilepsy and was needing a refill. They wouldn’t refill his medicine due to it being “too big of a refill” and that they’re a “small pharmacy”. This was after multiple attempts to get this medicine and going back and forth between my husbands doctor and the pharmacy. Why they didn’t tell us that from the beginning? I don’t know. Wasted a lot of our time and it made my husband miss 3 doses of medicine he needs to you know, not have a seizure. I would 100% not recommend this pharmacy.
Last time using them. We gave them too many tries after dealing with rudeness. Terrible manager and a liar about pick up "laws". He should be fired for what he did/said. We left, and then confirmed that he flat out lied. Never again.
Very good customer service
Never had a problem with this pharmacy and the staff is awesome.
