Literally never had my scripts ready on time, and the one time I needed something filled same day, their system went down with NO BACKUP plan to get people their prescriptions. I know they can’t control their system, but they can definitely have a backup system of pen and paper to collect signatures and payment until the network comes back up. It’s just laziness that they don’t have a backup plan.
Horrible staff... always are talking down to me... took them 5 days to fill one refill.... they dont care at all about the customers
I have retired here from GA. I tried this pharmacy because I love Publix and they had a drive through. 6 months ago I had a terrible experience with the pharmacist. I called corporate and they assured me they would handle the lack of customer service here. I had already switched all my prescriptions to Walgreens. The dist manager asked me to give them another try, so, I did. I think due to them knowing I called corporate it added to their hostility and complete lack of customer care, but I kept trying. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and I love Publix! But I’ve had enough of the over reaching pharmacist and her judgement. It needs to be called out. Regarding my wife’s prescription, there is a common misconception about its use. Under the right guidance this medication changes lives, I’ve seen entire community’s of troubled youth, and adults alike change their lives. I am a retired senior and have never experienced any of the negative sentiments that are being posted regarding their negative experiences with the pharmacy manager and her staff. Since opened in 2014 I have been treated with the utmost respect and have been provided exceptional service. As a result of the services provided I transferred all my prescriptions to this pharmacy.
