Enough with the displays all over the store and in every aisle! People can’t move and it’s gotten to the point of ridiculousness. Been shopping here for over 10 years and today was my last trip. I can’t take it anymore.
It's not the whole store that I am giving this POOR rating, just the Pharmacy. The STORE will match prices from other local stores. The Pharmacy will NOT. Walmart has my Rx for $10. Publix charged $33.50!!! Since it was already picked up by my hubby, NOT REFUND! NO PRICE MATCH! I think I will be going back to Walmart-- no matter how convenient Publix is-- closer, shorter lines etc. MONEY TALKS
Bought a block of Parmesan cheese from the deli. Went to use it and it’s a month expired. Lovely. �
Well, my doctor called in a perscription for me. I called the Publix pharmacy to verify he had called it in. The pharmaceutical tech told me they had the prescription and it would be filled within the hour. I arrive 4 hours later for the prescription, the cashier at the pharmacy tells me they will not have the prescription until tomorrow now, she said the Orlando store called and said they needed it but if you really need it we can have it ready In 20 minutes. While I am usually very happy with this Publix, lately the salads don't seem easy to consume. For the past several times I've gotten them, the lettuce (any mixed greens) isn't in bite size pieces, I need a knife just to get it down to manageable size. I buy the salads so that I can eat while in meetings or while working. I don't know if someone or something has changed but the salads used to have more of the consumer in mind.
