Pharmacy does not notify you if there is a problem with your prescription until you go to pick it up and needed the medicine days ago. Very disappointed in the service. Have refills, but always a problem, call your doctor ! Wait again for days for it to be filled !
The pharmacist is the rudest man I've ever met. I came in days after my doctor called in a prescription. He was rude and dismissive when telling me they were out of stock and on backorder for both my medications. Then LIED TO ME and said they cannot transfer the prescription because it is a controlled substance. Funny. I called anothet Publix and they said they could absolutely transfer the prescription. Avoid this jerk at all costs. Go to the Pharmacy on 301 instead
Literally the worst experience I’ve had with a pharmacy in don’t know how long. Basically refused to fill prescriptions for no reason provided minimal help and was also incredibly rude. If I could leave a zero star, I would.
