It's been 4 days since I requested a refill and it's still not ready I will be moving to CVS
Everytime we have a new prescription sent in, they never have it. My husband’s doctor sent in a script on Thursday for his hypertension. It’s not going to be there until this Wednesday. We’ve got to change pharmacies, but it’s so difficult.
So have come multiple times. Donna has been rude a couple times. This last time I paid online for my prescription, I thought it would be easier. She rang me up and was going to charge me and I mentioned I paid online. She scoffed at me and said “wish you would have mentioned that earlier” and then walked away from me. Kind of sucks because I wanted to asked a question about my medicine too, but after that I decided not to because I was worried she would be rude to me again. Really disappointing.
